10 I WAS SOLD A LIE. DCH MISREPRESENTED THIS VEHICLE FROM THE START. When I walked into DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula on October 30, 2023, I had one clear goal: DCH MISREPRESENTED THIS VEHICLE FROM THE START. When I walked into DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula on October 30, 2023, I had one clear goal: purchase a reliable van for work and, more importantly, for safely transporting my 9-year-old son. I originally wanted a Chrysler Pacifica, having rented one for several months and fallen in love with it. The salesperson at DCH told me the Voyager was “basically the same thing,” just with fewer options — but that it had the same strong engine, transmission, and overall build. He assured me it was in great condition and I’d have no problems. That turned out to be 100% false. Within 24 hours: • The engine began knocking • The steering wheel shook violently • The brakes failed to stop properly • Transmission issues • The van emitted toxic smoke from under the hood • And it only got worse from there Now I’ve discovered the vehicle within several days : • Had broken motor mounts • Suspension instability • Was missing basic equipment like a jack and air compressor • Had brakes installed without the proper safety hardware These are not cosmetic issues. These are critical failures that directly affect driver and passenger safety. What’s worse? These problems were either: 1. Already known by DCH before the sale 2. Or they failed to perform a mandatory pre-delivery inspection (PDI) — which is required by law before selling a used vehicle Either way, DCH misrepresented this vehicle, withheld material information, and violated consumer protection laws. This wasn’t just a bad purchase — it was fraud by omission. • Failed to repair any of the defects properly • Blamed mileage, despite proof that all issues were reported immediately • Avoided direct communication • Issued copy-paste responses and deflected blame at every opportunity I’m filing complaints with: • California DMV Investigations • Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) • California Department of Consumer Affairs • FTC • CFPB • BBB If you're a customer shopping at DCH Temecula — beware. Ask for written confirmation of inspection dates, service history, and warranty details. And don’t trust vague sales talk. That’s how they trap you. They sold me a dream — but delivered a nightmare. Thank You Joe Laporta Anyone with a similar experience, please reach out to me directly, as I work for the Epoch Times CA, and I am preparing a story This review isn’t just about one vehicle—it’s about how DCH Chrysler, and potentially other DCH dealers under Lithia Motors, handle accountability. If you're a customer, especially one considering buying a used vehicle or relying on their warranty promises, please think twice. 619-776-8138 office joe@TheEpochTimesCA.com More

4 I’M A FATHER. THIS ISN’T JUST A VEHICLE PROBLEM, THIS IS A SAFETY PROBLEM. DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula didn’t just sell me a bad car; they sold me a lia THIS ISN’T JUST A VEHICLE PROBLEM, THIS IS A SAFETY PROBLEM. DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula didn’t just sell me a bad car; they sold me a liability that endangers my family, and now they act like it’s just a paperwork issue. I’m a single father. My son is 9 years old. I bought this van to safely transport him to and from school, sports, and work obligations. I trusted DCH because I believed they were a reputable dealer. Instead, they put my son and I in danger from day one. Within 24 hours of purchase: • The engine began knocking • The steering wheel shook violently on the freeway • Smoke entered the cabin when the van idled • The brakes failed to stop properly (and were NEVER replaced as promised) That was just the beginning. I’ve since discovered: • Broken motor mounts • Electrical and HVAC failures • A missing jack and compressor ETC and much more • And a long list of other mechanical defects DCH’s own Buyer’s Guide warranty states they cover 100% of parts and labor within the warranty period. I met that. I documented it. I have text messages, call logs, videos, and service visits proving I reported these issues starting day two. But now? They just tell me “too much time has passed.” That’s not a policy — that’s a cop-out. I’ve begged them to take action. I’ve brought the vehicle in multiple times. Each time they pass me to someone new, dodge responsibility, and send copy-paste replies to my reviews as if they don’t even care to read what I’ve said. I can’t drive my son in this van without worrying if the brakes will fail. I can’t idle without being choked by toxic fumes. I can’t trust this dealership. If you’re a parent — or someone who values your safety — don’t make the mistake I did. DCH Temecula sold me a dangerous, uninspected, and defective vehicle, and now they’re hiding behind excuses and hoping I go away. I won’t. New review daily until this is fixed. 2 — DISMISSIVE RESPONSES, SCRIPTED REPLIES, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY I’ve now received multiple responses from DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula, all of them scripted, vague, and dismissive. It is c ACCOUNTABILITY I’ve now received multiple responses from DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula, all of them scripted, vague, and dismissive. It is clear that no one is actually reading or addressing the detailed and documented complaints I’ve made, not in person, not over the phone, and certainly not in these public replies. Each time I bring up safety issues like: • Broken motor mounts • Engine smoke entering the cabin • Brakes that weren’t replaced as promised • Severe steering wheel shaking • Electrical failures and HVAC issues ETC and much more …they either change the subject, blame mileage, or copy-paste the same “we diagnosed the car” response. It’s insulting and transparent. What’s worse is that they’ve seen all my evidence — videos, text messages with their staff, call logs, photos, and more. Yet, in public replies they claim they don’t have records or “can’t cover everything.” That’s a lie. These issues were reported on Day 2 and are fully covered under the Buyer's Guide warranty (which they still try to ignore). In person, they’re no better. I’ve been told "We’ll take care of you,” only to be brushed off, passed around, and gaslit. So here’s my message to DCH: Stop replying to my reviews with copy/paste PR nonsense. Start addressing the actual issues and honoring the warranty you sold me. • DMV Investigations • Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) • FTC • CFPB • California AG • BBB This isn’t a one-off case — it’s a pattern. 🚨 DO NOT BUY FROM DCH CHRYSLER TEMECULA – THEY SOLD ME A DANGEROUS VEHICLE 🚨 Purchase Date: Oct 30, 2023 | Vehicle: 2020 Chrysler Voyager I’m a single father who bought this van to safely transport my DANGEROUS VEHICLE 🚨 Purchase Date: Oct 30, 2023 | Vehicle: 2020 Chrysler Voyager I’m a single father who bought this van to safely transport my 9-year-old son and commute for work. What I received was a defective, dangerous vehicle that DCH has repeatedly failed to repair — despite documented issues reported less than 24 hours after purchase. From day two, I experienced: Engine knocking, vibration, smoke Slipping transmission Broken motor mounts Electrical malfunctions Steering instability HVAC failure Brakes installed without safety pins (confirmed by techs) Rear brakes never replaced despite promises Missing jack and air compressor I brought the car in multiple times, and while staff like Chris P. eventually diagnosed everything I had reported, they refused to fix the issues, blaming mileage — despite my Buyer’s Guide Warranty stating DCH must cover 100% of parts and labor for defects during the warranty period. These problems have existed since day two. I have proof. I was misled, sold an unsafe vehicle, and denied coverage that was legally owed. DCH pretended to help, gave me loaners, but never completed the repairs. Now they’ve changed their tune and left me with a van I can’t trust for my child’s safety. I’m now filing complaints with: California DMV Investigations FTC BAR Consumer Financial Protection Bureau BBB And others. This isn’t just about me — read the reviews. They have a pattern of this behavior. 📢 If you're reading this and have had a similar experience with DCH, contact me. I'm in media with The Epoch Times and am preparing an exposé. This is not over.
