Steve drove 200 miles to the wrong city before calling me. The finance department is HIGH PRESSURE sales on service agreements. Remember service agreement are insurance that you can shop for anywhere in the united states, any time. The Finance department did not give me the proper paperwork to register my Jeep. This Dealer adds costs above the MSRP. I saw one vehicle with $6500. added with no additional parts just add to make more money. Beware if you buy a Jeep with tires and wheels this dealer will charge 300% markup on the added equipment. All the Jeeps I looked at had a $395. add for wheel locks. $100. each for $5.00 lugnut, Outrages! another deal they run is Anti-Theft device built in to all cars. They pretend like you have no choice but to buy it for over $2000. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CON. This dealer is not any worse then most but remember to Just Say No. More
SOLD A Car I HAD A DEPOSIT ON THE DAY BEFORE PUCHASE DAY! In good faith I patronized this business in an effort to purchase used like new 2017 FIAT 500 pop and I got a called today from one of their salesmen In good faith I patronized this business in an effort to purchase used like new 2017 FIAT 500 pop and I got a called today from one of their salesmen that they sold the car. I was told the car was put aside and hold note on it and they took a deposit to hold the vehicle. I.ve been a loyal buyer pf this particular brand and once again running credit and obtaining financing they sold the car to someone else. Unprofessional! I guess one of reason could be I refused to allow them to sell me a $700- 800 GAP plan it wasn't worth the dead and sold it to someone else. Perhaps FIAT might like to hear how their loyal customer are being treated and the FTC. It's not Mr. Traver fault. More
Beyond Easy I decided to start looking seriously at Wrangler’s and we stopped by the local dealership to start the search (and education) off. Once I told Brandon I decided to start looking seriously at Wrangler’s and we stopped by the local dealership to start the search (and education) off. Once I told Brandon that I wouldn’t be purchasing a vehicle today that I’m doing research, I figured he’d blow us off. He actually showed us anything and everything we wanted. He also hit it off with our kids who were less than pleased to be “shopping.” We looked around, got his contact info and left. A few days later, we decided to make the purchase and actually found the vehicle we wanted at a nearby dealership via the Jeep website. I shot Brandon a text with the details and asked if he could get it? He immediately responded, and then followed up after speaking to his manager. We worked the deal out via text. This avoided the haggle and hours of back and Firth’s at the dealership that everyone detests. I did my research, I knew I was getting a fair price. (I’m not made of money, and of course I want a good deal, but everyone is in business to make money.) Brandon did the dealer trade and got all the paperwork ready so all we had to do was come in, sign the paperwork, and hand over a check. It was stress free! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, talk to Brandon. Not only is he very knowledgeable and proficient, he’s just a decent guy you want to hang out with. More
Service does not pay attention to DETAIL !! Took my Fiat 500 in for oil change, spark plugs, power window malfunction, and burned out headlight. Brought the car home after being in the shop for Took my Fiat 500 in for oil change, spark plugs, power window malfunction, and burned out headlight. Brought the car home after being in the shop for 2 days. That night the other headlight wasn't working. Obviously nobody bothered to check after replacing the Left to check the RIGHT. Total cost of service $544. They didn't even bother to wash the car or vacuum it out. Every other dealership I have worked with in the past few years wash and vacuum the vehicle no matter how little you spend or even if it's a warranty service you don't pay for. The excuse,, the city of Temecula won't let them us water for car wash. Well if that is the case, which seems a bit over reaching by the city, give the customer a coupon for a car wash somewhere else. Left a message for Mike the Service manager on voicemail. No return phone call. At any rate they over looked fixing the headlight. Now I have to make another appointment. This time it will be with a "classy" "service and detail" oriented business. More

Worst of the worst These guys are shady. In southern California, you may think that's a good thing. It's not. You will be HOT if you buy a car from these crooked snakes. These guys are shady. where's my car I bought my 2017 jeep renegade just about a year ago from this dealership. I have had a few issues that were taken care of. This one is not. My car we I bought my 2017 jeep renegade just about a year ago from this dealership. I have had a few issues that were taken care of. This one is not. My car went in on 3/28 for a passive entry light. I called the next day to find out what was going on and was told it was ready. When I went in to pick it up the light was still on. Yakov took the car back in. He said he would call Friday, Monday at the latest. No phone calls nor did he return my call. I called Mike the service manager and had to leave a message, no return call from him. This is around noon yesterday. I emailed John, the general manager and gave him my phone number. Once again, no return call. Will be going there after work and it is an hour drive from my home. I am beyond mad by now. Would like to know if they even have my car. More

Masters of Manipulation I called in to CDH to inquire about a Ram Promaster they had listed online. Steve "scuba" Scheunemann told me it was available and I scheduled a t I called in to CDH to inquire about a Ram Promaster they had listed online. Steve "scuba" Scheunemann told me it was available and I scheduled a time to come in the following morning. 10 minutes before I arrived he called to let me know that there was a mistake, and the vehicle was "In transit" from the factory. I told him that was okay, and I knew what the vehicle entailed and was wanting to talk numbers. I came in and we negotiated a price of 27k on a vehicle with an MSRP of 36k by providing other competitors deals, just as we were about to get the price in writing he came from his Manager who said there was a mistake and the van was pre-bought from the factory and is unavailable. He told me there was a similar van at a nearby dealership that he could trade for and sell it to me. As we crunched numbers, I brought up concerns about missing features I was interest in and was not willing to spend a large sum of money on a vehicle I wasn't happy with. He told me he would follow up with his parts team on an exact price to get that done the follow day because they had the day off. The next day he called to tell me that the price for adding those features was unfeasible, and I reluctantly still met with him to try to get a good price on the van without those added features. After I drove an hour back to the dealership, he told me that the price of 27k Steve had given me yesterday was a mistake and the manager "accidentaly "doubled up on rebates" and the new price was 29k for a 35k van (before taxes) which was more expensive for less of a vehicle than we had negotiated yesterday 27k for 36k) Steve Scheunemann tried to go back on his word saying that the price we agreed on was for the most recent van, but I was writing everything he was saying down as we were negotiating for the two days in the dealership. I told him about a TrueCar quote i recieved from a dealership which honored 4k off for being a "USAA Certified Dealer" and me being a USAA member, DCH would only honor me a $350 discount for being a USAA member. He showed the sales manager and the sales manager would not honor that deal although they claim they are a "USAA Certified Dealer". At which point I realized I was being swindled. A few key summarizing points to this review. 1. Steve got me in the door and talking money with a vehicle that wasn't even available that they had advertised online. 2. Steve gave me a price that was impossible to walk away from. 3. Steve reeled me in by thinking I could get an even better deal by getting me a vehicle that had even lower MSRP. 4. Steve meticulously made all the deals start to fall through the cracks as if it wasn't hit fault. 5. I walked out realizing I was being swindled into a bad deal. 6. Two days since the discovery of the "already sold vehicle" and it is still listed online. I've realized that Steve Scheunemann and his crooked team play on two main points: 1. Most people, after talking numbers for 6 to 8 hours are so exhausted that they just want the experience to be over with and will settle with whatever "mistakes" cause the price to go up. 2. Most people, are too lazy to take the time to write a well-thought out review, which means there are probably a lot of anonymous people who have been swindled by this team of crooks. Closing remarks. I think Steve Scheumann thought that was the case with a 22 year old guy in the Navy. But that's where he was wrong. He might play the "Retired Marine" card on you and act like he's your friend, but he is there for one reason. To take your money, and the more he takes from you the more he gets. Tread lightly. More
