Liars with no customer service skills, cannot be trusted. We recently purchased a used 2006 BMW X5 from this dealership. We were told by the salesman, Robert, that the vehicle had previously been in a "minor We recently purchased a used 2006 BMW X5 from this dealership. We were told by the salesman, Robert, that the vehicle had previously been in a "minor" accident, son "minor" that it did not appear on the Carfax report. We were alos told by Robert that everything had been fixed and that the car was in working order. Though I test drove the car and did a cursery inspection I did not check every little feature of the car. A few days later we found that one of the headlights was not working so I returned it to the dealer for them to repair. They had it for the day and did not even attempt to fix what I thought would be a simple bulb replacement. I took the vehicle to Sterling Auto and they found that the vehicle had not been repaired correctly and that both headlights were missing the equipment that made them function correctly. Robert lied to me when he said the they did their "due diligence" to inspect and repair the car. If the had they would have found that the head light was not working and fixed it. I returned the vehicle to DCH and demanded they fix the headlight. They took the vehicle to Murrieta BMW and after having the vehicle for over two week determined that it would cost over $1500 to fix the car. In the mean time no one from DCH contacted me to explain or apoligize for the situation or inconveince. When I finally picked up the vehicle I spoke with a "sales manger", John Christie about my frustration. This guy would not get up out of his chair to talk to, he would not look at me, he just sat there playing with something in his hand the whole time. His only comment to me was "hey, we fixed the car". Nothing more. This was the second, and last, vehicle I will purchase from this dealership. They simply cannot be trusted More

2014 Ram 3500 Longhorn Went to DCH to purchase a new truck. We had to drive 2 hours, so I called to make sure the truck was on the lot and spoke to Justin, he confirmed the Went to DCH to purchase a new truck. We had to drive 2 hours, so I called to make sure the truck was on the lot and spoke to Justin, he confirmed the truck was there and that he would greet us when we got there. As he promised he was there when we arrived and had keys in had for the truck we were looking at. Took a test drive and Justin was explaining everything about the truck to us, by the end of the ride we knew we wanted the vehicle. Justin got all the paperwork ready and then Glenn stepped in!! Time to do a deal! I hate to haggle and I told them so, they took all my requests and produced a deal that was within our guidelines, I personally think I beat them up pretty good. They were very pleasant and friendly. Justin stayed by our side through the whole process. Then we get to financing ----- Joanna was a hoot!! She had us in and out within about 20-30 minutes the fastest I've ever had - which by the time everything was done I was hungry (not one of my best moods) So the quickness was right up my alley. When we were ready to leave Justin took pictures of us by the truck and promptly sent them to our e-mail address. Then he proceeded to explain even more details about the truck and programmed our phones to the system (great because I am not good with electronics). Overall experience with this dealership and especially Justin - OUTSTANDING!!! More

Doing something right I have not always had great experiences with dealership service departments. But thankfully that was not the case here.
