It was not the sales man that went back in forth to the manager who was rude. It was the MANGER! I have bought cars in the past from different dealer ships and I have never had a manager wait to I'm outs manager who was rude. It was the MANGER! I have bought cars in the past from different dealer ships and I have never had a manager wait to I'm outside to leave and try to come talk to me about a new deal and be rude at that! I feel a deal could have been made but you blew it with your attitude! And then to find out that you haven't even lower the price to what the internet was offering on the same vehicle! Shame on you!! More

Purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on Valentines day 2011. It had a few problems that took numerous trips back and forth to finally get corrected. Service and sales department personal we Valentines day 2011. It had a few problems that took numerous trips back and forth to finally get corrected. Service and sales department personal were not familiar with their own product causing the numerous trips. The latest, after taking it in for an oil change, they told me that there was a small leak at the transmission which would require them to have the vehicle for the day. I made an appointmemt, rearranged my day, only to be called shortly there after that the part they had in stock wasn't the correct one, etc etc etc. I've heard from this dealer over and over! Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere! The Jeep? We lovd it, just not the dealer. More

Great customer service, all around. Both Steve, and Jack assisted me in forcing my original dealer in Albuquerque, NM (LARRY H MILLER), to finally get some parts that I was told were "Unavailable for my mod assisted me in forcing my original dealer in Albuquerque, NM (LARRY H MILLER), to finally get some parts that I was told were "Unavailable for my model," and on "National Backorder." I cannot express how much effort, time, and patience Steve and Jack have had with me!!! To both of them, it was cut/dried/shipped....not even the slightest hitch. Based on my experience with DCH Temecula, I will recommend anyone who asks about my 2012 Power Wagon, to give them a call, and they too will be blown away with the excellent communication, phone etiquette, and follow-up I have been lucky enough to have with DCH. More
