When I got to the dealership, two different cars that fit my description were parked in the front and ready for me to test drive. She didn't try to talk me into some other color or model like I've had happen at other dealerships in the past. Deanna was also very helpful in answering all my questions and showed respect for my time. The price and payment terms I negotiated were fair and I didn't feel that I was ever being played during the sales process. Every step of the whole sales and financing process was explained clearly and sincerely. No double talk and nothing hidden. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More

I wanted to thank Mr. Katz and DCH for assisting me with the paint issue I had with my 2005 Honda. They did an excellent job and considering the catastrophic lose of my wife's left leg due to an amputation the paint issue I had with my 2005 Honda. I went in with low expectations since buying is always a hazel. My wife was looking for a cheap car and we met Dwight. He was great from the beginning and always kept our best interest in mind.
