Bait and switch...beware...wasted hours on this... they sent a quote 2021 Subaru Outback Limited SR210114 Discounted $5,326 to $2,505 below invoice Lease: $0 down, only $343 /month* Buy: $0 do sent a quote 2021 Subaru Outback Limited SR210114 Discounted $5,326 to $2,505 below invoice Lease: $0 down, only $343 /month* Buy: $0 down, only $530 /month* Internet Sale Price $32,319 Invoice: $34,824 (what we pay Subaru) MSRP: $37,645 This car was sold, of course, but a new one came in for the same invoice with the same features 2 weeks later. Lots of communication and I go in to buy at that price, they would not honor the price and were over 2000 dollars higher. In conversation he made it clear he never committed to price on the new car despite every conversing was about the out the door price as it was the only reason I went there, then tried to say he made a typo and it was on a 2020 model which was complete xxxxxxxxx. The I need to talk to my manager game was played and it was pathetic. Avoid the SCAM at all costs. They do not honor their quotes and think it's OK to waste your time. More

We have never purchased a new vehicle. We thought we knew what we wanted but after test driving one and then seeing the vehicles with more upgrades we purchased the limited edition. Both Eddie (who was new and seeked help answering questions when needed) and Allen were great ! We were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. We always prefer to buy local when possible as keeping our business within our community. They did not push us into additional products - however they did offer them ! More
