Very easy to do business with I found a vehicle online and did an online inquiry. I had a response from the dealership very quickly and was able to set up a time to see it. Overall Great Experience. I know everything what I wanted from the start. I saw the WRX's internet price online with the discount which is below the MSRP. I looked for Daniel but he was assisting somebody else so he referred me to Richard. Richard showed me the car and went to for a test drive. I loved it. He did the paperwork going back and forth as I can't decide what extended warranty should I get. Richard was very patient and helpful with me. Once I'm happy with what I want, everything was just picking up and the next thing you know is I'm driving the WRX home. Great customer service from Ruben and the crew I took my Forester in for my first service, and was greeted with hot coffee, pastries, and great service. All without an appointment. I was given an accurate wait time, and while I waited, I looked at some new models. Ali, a salesman, approached me as I waited. We spoke about the cars in a no pressure atmosphere, even though he knew from the start that I was just looking. Soon, my car was ready, but due to the bad weather, they couldn't wash my vehicle. I didn't even know that a free wash was available, but Ruben said to come back on the next clear day, and he'd take care of it. More coffee, another pastry, and I was out! Freaking awesome. More
