Let me preface this by saying I hate and dread going to the dealerships. Until now. Upon arriving to Subaru we were greeted and taken care of by Ali right away! And it was quite a busy night too. Ali showe the dealerships. Until now. Upon arriving to Subaru we were greeted and taken care of by Ali right away! And it was quite a busy night too. Ali showed us what we wanted , took us on a drive, and explained all the details of the car that made it impossible to resist! We took our crosstrek home that night. And I have never came a cross a salesmen who does not pressure you, or make you feel obligated to anything. He's just so calm and makes you feel comfortable and safe with all your decision making. Ali made sure to show us again what our car can do and is capable of and I have already recommended him to 3 of my peers looking into Subaru. I hope he never leaves!!! Thank you Ali for selling us our dream car! Extraordinary work you do out there man. Keep it up. Same goes for Jae Y! Thank you for helping my partner and I take home our dream car that night! More

Dealer adds $1500 in upgrades w/o notice when ordering vehicle new, all useless for vehicle. Would have been ok if the dealer or sales man was more transparent about add-ons when I went in to order the ca vehicle new, all useless for vehicle. Would have been ok if the dealer or sales man was more transparent about add-ons when I went in to order the car instead of hiding them until I came back to pick up vehicle. Management was able to meet me half way, but only after wasting 90 minutes of my time. More

Consistently recieve terrible customer service from the service department. Our concerns are ignored. First visit: 7 hours to complete an oil change. 2nd visit: Spill oil all over our engine compartment c service department. Our concerns are ignored. First visit: 7 hours to complete an oil change. 2nd visit: Spill oil all over our engine compartment causing smoke and the smell of burned oil for weeks, 3rd visit: scheduled appointment for faulty electrical. Show up and are told they are unable to service the car that day. No contact prior to save us the trip. No apologies or resolution for the inconvienience. Past 3 days have tried to contact mamager to voice concerns, and all requests are ignored. No contact from anyone at DCH Subaru of Riverside. Due to this consistent negative customer service, we will never purchase a Subaru again. More
