A comedy of errors in 24 hours We brought our 2017 Outback in to have the right side mirror replaced yesterday. We'd been there last week for the quote and for them to order. Yesterday, after we waited for 2 hours, when we checked we were told they should have told us much earlier that they got the wrong mirror. Back this morning when they called to say mirror arrived. They installed in an hour, swell. Told to wait outside, after 1/2 hour the car wasn't out so we checked at desk. Oops, got lost in the vortex. Finally, they brought it out unwashed so....waited this long...it only took them 25 minutes to wash it. We had a good buying experience here, but the service needs a lot of improvement. We'd been thinking of adding a new Subaru to our line up but will not got to Ladin for sales or service again.#norespect More
Damaged my door When our daughter took her Subaru for (aggressively pitched) regular service to Ladin Subaru, she was being waved in by the service employee past the When our daughter took her Subaru for (aggressively pitched) regular service to Ladin Subaru, she was being waved in by the service employee past the tow truck partially obscuring the entrance. The space was tight but at the employee's insistence, she continued and ended up with a deep, nasty gash on one of the doors by a part protruding from the truck! Her service advisor appeared unconcerned, brushed it off as something "the insurance will take care of" and proceeded with the appointment. The service was minor - oil change, tire rotation and engine air filter change - and my daughter was given a loaner car to get to and back from work and told that it should take "a couple of hours." A "couple of hours" turned into five (5) days with no communication from the service, no returned calls and no response to multiple daily calls and voicemails by my daughter. I had to call the receptionist on the fifth day (also a Friday) and insist on talking to the Service Manager, who at first knew nothing about it, acted very surprised and concerned and promised that he would find out and get back to us shortly. He didn't, but the original service advisor did and simply said that they didn't feel the need to do anything about the door. I demanded to talk to the Service Manager again, but at that point, he "stepped out and would call me back." He did but flatly told us that the company did not see it as their problem and "advised" us to take it up with our insurance. We understand that that is what insurance is for, but the good people at Ladin Subaru do not seem to understand that that is not the best nor the most productive way to treat their customers. That is why we will be taking our car for service elsewhere until our lease comes up at the end of the year and why we won't be having another Subaru after that. We will definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anybody we care about. More

He is extremely fair & honest when negotiating and I have always felt I received the best deal possible (I am 100% certain of this after checking with other Subaru dealers). He is very responsive with detailed information and always accommodates all my financial & equipment needs. Then there is Reggie who delivers the car. He is the most knowledgeable salesperson of any brand I have ever met. He literally knows everything about every part of any car. He is extremely patient with reviewing every feature of the car. I look forward to my next car lease from Gary & Reggie, and I will definitely recommend them to family & friends. More
Ruined my paint In April I bought a gently used 2015 Impreza Sport-- it had some scratches on it which they agreed to paint. When I got my car back it was covered in white over spray-- covered. Inside the car, and outside. I should also mention that my car is black. When I called to let them know-- which I was always polite about I was told they'd fix it but that I had Cadillac problems! So they detailed my car 2x-- to which there was still over spray which the service girl told me it was under the clear coat-- not possible. By detail we should say they buffed my car several times, when I got it back some of the clear coat was peeling off and there were scratches and swirls all over my new car. I also later found that they took my all weather floor mats (I called and eventually was able to get a new set), and dented the roof of my car (looks like a buffing machine was dropped on it). The service manager offered me 3 oil changes to make me feel better. Oil changes will not correct my paint. I even talked to Mr. Ladin himself and he said "sometimes no matter how much you pay people they make mistakes" well when YOU make a mistake you fix it. Sure the car buying experience was good-- but it doesn't make up for my car being damaged, the value of my car being decreased and the poor treatment. More
Great experience I just purchased a 2016 WRX STi from this dealership. I bought my car through an auto broker and not one of their salesman, however they still treated I just purchased a 2016 WRX STi from this dealership. I bought my car through an auto broker and not one of their salesman, however they still treated me like any other customer. When I went into the dealership to pick up the car Alan Johnson helped me out and was awesome. He didn't sell me the car but treated me as if he did, he brought the car out to me and walked me around the car for inspection, let me test drive it before I finalized all the paperwork. As I finished up the paperwork he got it washed/waxed for me so as soon as I was done I was out the door in my new STi and couldn't have been any happier. I had to drive a little over an hour to get to this dealership to get the exact car I wanted, so I very much appreciated how quick they took care of all the paperwork for me. Thanks Ladin Subaru and Alan Johnson, much appreciated. More

Best leasing experience ever! I recently was in need of leasing a vehicle and searched locally and on the Internet. Between the multiple brands & responses I received, one contact clearly stuck out, Gary @ Ladin Subaru sales. He was extremely detailed oriented & responded to ALL of my questions & requests. He had an incredible amount of patience to deal with me and always offered to do whatever was necessary to make my deal happen. And he did! I am thrilled with my leasing of a 2015 Subaru Forester XT, and I have no regrets with the deal he provided. I have leased 12 cars in the last 10 years, and this was definitely the most stress free & easy going of any. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking for a car. And I'm sure I will be going back to him to trade my cars in early for new ones. He provided excellent customer service from my initial contact until he delivered the cars. More
