Went to DCH b/c I had a flat on my Supra and was informed that I have my tire warrantied from having a nitrofill warranty. Upon drop off, a few hours later I received a call saying my tires with 10,000 miles that I have my tire warrantied from having a nitrofill warranty. Upon drop off, a few hours later I received a call saying my tires with 10,000 miles don't have enough tread left to qualify (you need minimum 3/32 to qualify as you can see my lowest point is 4/32 tread life). I brought my own tires in and everything, with no knowledge I even had a warranty so this has nothing to do with money it's a principle thing. I am confused why I'm told I have a warranty and then when I drop them off I get lied to about the tread life to deny my coverage. When I spoke with the manager, she just tried to dismantle my argument. For instance she said my tires are "low profile tires which makes the tread wear faster" a low profile tires is a smaller sidewall, nothing to do with tread depth and life. So for a service manager to even say that is ASTONISHING. Completely unprofessional!! More
