Great experience with woman at service desk, service manager and the lead mechanic. My Chevy bolt computer was going nuts and the staff responded in a way I’m not accustomed to. They jumped right on it, manager and the lead mechanic. My Chevy bolt computer was going nuts and the staff responded in a way I’m not accustomed to. A car dealer might sell you a vehicle, take a deposit, and then call back saying it's already sold for a few unethical reasons, including trying to sell the same car to multiple buyers to maximize profit, and then call back saying it's already sold for a few unethical reasons, including trying to sell the same car to multiple buyers to maximize profit, a system error in their inventory management, a deliberate attempt to mislead you to pressure you into a different car, or simply poor communication and oversight; in most cases, this is considered a form of deceptive sales practice and could be illegal depending on your local laws.
