Actual car repairs were completed throughly and in a timely manner. Service advisor, Micheal, did not provide the customer service I’m used to from this dealership. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and seated in the lobby. My service rep met with me and discussed my requested service items, got me a loaner, and sent me on my way home.
