Overcharging on parts prices well above the MSRP. 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card. No one called me to tell me my car was ready. Customer service and customer experience has fallen off a great deal. I’ve been a customer of Dick Smith since I bought my first Infiniti in 2004, 21 years and I don’t think my next car purchase will be an Infiniti. While Nissan is undergoing a corporate restructure to save it from bankruptcy, the service shouldn’t fall off as much as it has. Long wait times, no loaners available, severe price gauging on parts, hourly rate has skyrocketed to $225/hr for service, it’s ridiculous. More
