Mr. Porter Curry was very nice. We are deeply disappointed in this car purchase because the Subaru does not have the essential safety features we wanted for our teenager. Poor communications regarding service matter…. had my car for more than a week, and yet didn’t apparently have time to wash and clean it, as is done for a simple oil change. I indicated problem wit had my car for more than a week, and yet didn’t apparently have time to wash and clean it, as is done for a simple oil change. I indicated problem with windshield washers, and I was told only needed to be flushed, but when U hit car home, indicator said needed washer fluid, which was filled to top when car brought in. This is not what I consider an acceptable level of customer service, and although I have never serviced car anywhere other than Dick Smith, I’m now expecting to use a more convenient, and a more caring, service provider. More
