I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and seated in the lobby. My service rep met with me and discussed my requested service items, got me a loaner, and sent me on my way home. I had requested to be able to pick my car up by 2 p.m. and was called and told it would be ready. When I got to the dealership, my car had been cleaned up and was ready to go. More
