Service tech scheduled my appointment for an oil change on a day that the shop was back logged with other vehicles that needed to be serviced ahead of mine. No call back after leaving message on voicemail. He should have told me there were "a few guys out on vacation" and that they were behind even before scheduling my appointment. Total waste of time.
