I called to inquire about a used car they had listed and was told it was not on the lot because he had been letting his wife drive it. I thought this was unusual since it was an already higher mileage car. More

Mr. Creamer did call about the vehicle. I informed him that I put my wife in it for a couple of days while her vehicle was being serviced. He questioned why I would loan out the vehicle then hung up on me. He then called back about 30 minutes later and said that since my wife was putting additional wear and tear on the vehicle that he might be interested if I would take $1000 less. I told him that I was not interested and returned the favor of hanging up on him. He immediately called back cussing me, at which time I told him Thank You and ended the conversation."Thank You" might not have been the exact words.

I’ll agree “Thank you” were definitely not in his choice of words!😂 But that aside, if you don’t want a car dealer calling you names, I actually ended up buying a car through Carvana and had a wonderful experience! Their service and sales staff have been over-the-top helpful and friendly along the way. And Carvana also guarantees they don’t let their wives, friends, families, etc. put extra miles and wear and tear on the inventory! If you’re looking for a car, check them out
