Driven by lies and deceit Only positive I have to say about this dealership is that my sales person was great to work with and the finance gentleman was nice as well...HOWEVER. Only positive I have to say about this dealership is that my sales person was great to work with and the finance gentleman was nice as well...HOWEVER...I think they could use a tuneup on keeping their word and not selling used cars that have serious issues. I purchased a used car(2011 GMC Terrain with new motor and low miles) from them and in exactly 14 days the transmission went out and I was stranded on the highway at 11pm. They took almost 2 months to repair and made me cover the repair under my warranty...really...after only 14 days?? After the repair, I suddenly had a rattle to my exhaust. When I mentioned to them and they heard it, they played it off as a bad sensor and never looked at or repaired it. On top of that, the breaks were/are bad(warped rotors) and I told them about this since the day I was interested in getting the vehicle and they never repaired them...even after a hand shake and telling me if I removed my original low ranked review, they will take care of them...I came back 2 weeks later to pick up the car and breaks were not fixed and instead I was told they would cut me a check to fix them on my own but since I owed my deductible from the transmission warranty work, they would factor that into the "payoff". Needless to say, I would not recommend getting a used vehicle from this dealership. Whatever happened to a mans hand shake and his word meaning something?? Not the case here. Oh...and later found out my friend had similar vehicle issues from this Dealership a year prior along with some not so good reactions from repair locations and tow truck services when they find out where I got the car from. More

2006 GMC Brandon was very helpful in helping me find a vehicle that suited me.
