Rock and a Hard Place A few years back my wife and I were both upside down on our vehicle loans meaning we owed more than the cars were worth. On top of that, we were expecting our third child and needed to get into something better fit for a family. After explaining our situation to multiple dealerships we were told they couldn’t help us. On a whim, I was still looking at vehicles online and stumbled on to the Stevens Point Chrysler website. A chat window popped up and a person asked what they could help me with. Knowing it was pointless, I typed up my situation expecting the typical “Sorry, we can’t help you” response. After a brief pause, the person came back and asked if I minded if the owner called me. I was confused but figured it wouldn’t hurt. The owner called me, told me he felt there was something they could do to help my situation, and invited me to come in to talk to James. On a Saturday, I came into the dealership and met James and we went over my situation. James also introduced me to Eric the Sales Manager and from there they went to work. I was at the dealership for the good portion of the day but everyone was accommodating, kind and conversational. You would have thought we had known each other for years. It put my mind at ease knowing they weren’t judging me and instead so vested in helping me. At the end of the day, they got the job done! James and Eric got us out of our upside down loans and into two brand NEW vehicles with LOWER payments than we had before. Both cars were cleaned inside and out and cane with a full tank of gas before we rolled out if the lot. Fast forward to a few days ago. With the cost of daycare being so high, my wife and I made the decision for her to be a stay at home Mom. Although we had never missed a car payment, we felt we needed to go in to see if we could lower our car payments as we were trying to cut cost wherever possible. I called James who asked me when I wanted to come in. I picked a date and he cleared his schedule and I went in on a Friday morning. James and Eric both remembered me and it felt more like old friends talking than past acquaintances. I explained the situation to James once again who was confident they could help us again. Similar to last time, I spent the better portion of a day at the dealership but when said and done I once again walked out with TWO brand NEW vehicles with a payment that between the two was a couple hundred dollars less than I was paying on the last new vehicles we had! I also dealt with Chris who was the Finance Manager and he was equally as easy to work with. I highly, highly, highly recommend Stevens Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They are easy to work with, some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, non-judgemental to your situation and most importantly, they get the job done. Don’t waste your time searching for vehicles, start with they guys and save you the hassle! Five stars in all aspects! More

Amazing crew of people I am not going to lie, to start we had it a bit rocky. But I have never had an entire crew of people care so much about making me happy! I mainly worked close hand in hand with Tim, Richard, and Eric. They listened to what I wanted and literally got me what I wanted and then some! I have never felt more valued before, I wasn’t treated like just another sale. They didn’t push me into anything I didn’t want. I am so happy with my experience with these guys I couldn’t possibly express myself. Also The other sales reps like James joked around with me making it an enjoyable to be there in general. The next time I need a car I will be going there. I also wouldn’t even mind dropping in to see how everyone is doing. Thanks guys for everything you did for me!!! More
