Best car shopping experience ever! I shopped all over for a car and was not able to find the right car/ financing for me. My wife found the car she wanted on the Stevens Point Chrysler I shopped all over for a car and was not able to find the right car/ financing for me. My wife found the car she wanted on the Stevens Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram website. I stopped in one night not having much hope after many recent bad experiences at other area dealerships. I am so grateful I did. I will not be shopping anywhere else from now on. I was greeted by Brandon and everything went so smoothly from there. The car I was looking for was not at the dealership, it was at one of their other dealerships. But Brandon knowing I really wanted to take a look at that car, assured me this would be no problem. He and a co-worker left, on a snowy WI night no less, close to closing time for them and went to pick the car up for me to see. Meanwhile the Sales Manager Richard assisted me with financing, and made sure it was affordable. This is an amazing TEAM at SP Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and it was a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. If you haven’t checked them out, I can’t express enough how much I recommend them. I did end up with the SUV my wife wanted. The whole process was done in less than a few hours. And to top it all off, Sales Manager Richard Decker dropped the car off so my wife would have the car that night and so she wouldn’t have to bring the kids out on the snowy roads to come get it. The service is unheard of. I will only be shopping with them from now on and will be sending all my friends and family there! Thank you Brandon and Richard!! More

Little did we know he would patiently help us through the paperwork and process for the next 4 hours!! His name is Brandon. Brandon kept us busy with idle chit chat and kind jokes and stories while we had to wait for all the financing to go through. I’ll admit it felt rough for second or two, but he was very cool through it all. We really enjoyed our visit from our entrance to the exit!! Thank you Brandon!! More
