Bad service Every time I come to this dealership they have new people working on my vehicle. They try to get their money out of work they don't complete. I have multiple times asked to rotate tires and noticed they didn't but they still billed me for it and when asking why they didn't rotate them they say it's not needed and they'll take the charge off. I have not been to a place that takes longer then an hour also to change oil! Also having a package, after 3 years they still don't have any clue of me having it and have to have me tell them every time I come in. Terrible place, wouldn't recommend it and definitely won't be getting my next vehicle from here! More

Do not buy a car from Stevens Point Chrysler Worst car buying experience EVER!!!!! Do not buy a used car from this dealership. They do not stand by their cars, they are in the business to rip p Worst car buying experience EVER!!!!! Do not buy a used car from this dealership. They do not stand by their cars, they are in the business to rip people off and sign bad deals. The evening that I bought a car I had a substantial safety issue and a mechanical issue and the General Manager refused to speak with us even though we drove 2 hours and took a vacation day to go back the day after we bought the car. They wouldn't resolve the issues or even acknowledge the issues and refused to reverse the deal (we paid cash, no financing). This would have been easy deal to reverse. They are pros at making the issues not their problem by making you wait for 4 hours and sending out a new person every hour to try to convince you that the car doesn't have issues. They should be shut down. Do not deal with Josh N. or Eric/Sales Manager. They are useless. Typical used car salesmen. By the way, the car was inspected by a reputable dealer and it was found that there were safety and mechanical issues with the car!!!! They are hacks!!!!!! We have a guaranteed win in court over this, no question. It's just too bad that companies like this are still in business. Go somewhere else to get your car, you can't trust this dealership. More
