Helpful staff but hard to get a hold of service advisors when a call is missed. also I was only contacted an hour before my appointment to be told that my requested repair could not be completed in that tim when a call is missed. also I was only contacted an hour before my appointment to be told that my requested repair could not be completed in that time frame. I would have preferred a day before email or when i made the appointment a call to explain i would need a different all day long time More
