I tried three different times to resolve my transmission problem {slipping very badly}. I was told that there is no problem, but when I gave them the service bulletin numbers (2 of them) they told me that problem {slipping very badly}. I was told that there is no problem, but when I gave them the service bulletin numbers (2 of them) they told me that the bulletins were not related. They did not what to hear it. I had bought the extended warranty to 100,000 miles, and my vehicle had 97,000 miles on it after the third time trying to get it fixed. On the third service report the last sentence stated "there is a problem" My personnel opinion is they {all people involved} were waiting for me to drive another 3,001 miles and then the warranty would no longer be valid and then they would tell me that I have a problem. I did not wait for that to happen. I called American Honda customer service (in California) and explained my issue. They got right on it. Long story short, American Honda made arrangements with you people to tell and show you how to do your job correctly. Guess what, all of a sudden you folks seen the problem that I was talking about all-along and you were told that you were not going to try and fix it because you are going to do a removal and replacement of the entire transmission. You can look up in you records that I have been a very loyal customer since 1996. That ended right after the transmission was replaced. I still like Honda vehicles but I will NEVER walk inside your dealership again. In fact I am going to buy a Toyota Tacoma (not from your dealership) in the spring. I have talked to a few friends about the problems I had and that "I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND your dealership." More
