Felt cheated and disrespected Took my 93 Suburban in to repair front seat - it was leaning further and further back - would not stay in up-right position. Was given an estimate and a brief explanation of work to be done - basically they'd have to take the seat apart to get at the problem. Got a call a day or so later. The tech found a new problem - seat frame had two breaks in it, but they did not have the capability to weld/repair it. I picked up the seat, took it to an outside shop. the outside shop welded the seat frame AND fixed the seat back so that it would remain stable in the up-right position. At that point, all the tech needed to do was to re-install the seat. The critical piece here is that the Dealer's shop did not make the repair for which I brought the truck in. They did replace two seat components (the risers - the 'stands' that support the seat off the floor of the truck). When I picked the truck up - I was billed for the original amount estimated - even though they did not make the repair for which I brought the truck in to them. The two risers they replaced - may or may not have needed to be replaced - they were not shown to me. The two parts had an up-charge of $76.00 apiece (making them $200.00 each). I found same parts on line, new, for $126.00. I had multiple fone calls with customer rep, several emails with customer rep, left voice mail for service manager (no return call), multiple emails later with both customer rep and service manager, and even started copying the general manager (who never responded). They disregarded my questions and concerns, and for the most part simply repeated that they had given me a quote and I had approved the quote and work. I asked for some reimbursement - to no avail. The irony here: for refusing to work with me (they never asked me what they could do to make it right/better) they gained approximately $700.00 (roughly the amount I asked for in reimbursement). But they've lost any hope of me buying my next truck (or two) from them - what's the profit margin on a new, or even a used truck sale for them? Probably more than $700.00. My wife is wanting a new/newer car in the next year. I wanted to go with a Chevy. That may happen, but not at our hometown Chevy dealer. Hmmmmm . . . what would the profit margin be on a new/newer Chevy for my wife? More than $700.00? And, I've shared my experience with other trades guys with whom I work. Yeah, they all drive trucks. They may or may not look at this dealer, but if they don't - those lost sales are probably worth more than $700.00. If you treat people right, act honorably - they will come back. If you don't - you'll lose them forever. More

I had mentioned it before purchasing if they had taken care of it, but they simply filled it with air. They do not care about ensuring the car works, just care that it works long enough for them to make the sale. After sale they constantly call you wanting you to bring them more customers and to rate them. More
Do NOT buy a used vehicle from Dale Willey Honda. I purchased a used Maserati with 8k miles that I was told was in new condition. I picked the car up on 11/9 and noticed no issues. Exactly one week later I noticed the driver’s seat had a tear in the leather that someone had covered up with a patch. I took the vehicle to the local Maserati dealership who confirmed it had recently been patched and only after the seat was repeatedly used would it start to show. I immediately contacted Chris (Internet Sales Manager) at Dale Willey who claimed they did not cause the damage, it was the former owner, and they would not assist with the repair cost. Be warned if you buy from this dealership, you are basically buying “as is” as customer service is not a priority. Could they have made things right and assisted with even part of the bill? Absolutely, but they refused. Now I am stuck with a $1,500 bill to replace the seat on a car that I just purchased. Take your money and run to one of the other ethical dealerships out there that stand behind their vehicles. More
follow up to post well Brain called me and we had a long chat and he was very understanding as to the problem,we discussed every thing that happened and is going to tak well Brain called me and we had a long chat and he was very understanding as to the problem,we discussed every thing that happened and is going to take it up with upper management ,he understood how unhappy I was and said that it was not right he apologized 3 different times for everything and said he will get to the bottom of it. so at this point it is still a question as to repeat business but at least they called and tried to fix it, as far as the sales and the rest of the people they were great and I would give them a thumbs up on that side ,so feel better about it but wished it did not happen this way so we shall see and thanks to Brain for the call and as far as the work that was done it is good I am happy with it. More
read my whole review Well we bought a 2016 Trax from this dealership,the sales people were great Jeremy was the best but the problems began when we got home and parked the Well we bought a 2016 Trax from this dealership,the sales people were great Jeremy was the best but the problems began when we got home and parked the car in the garage, came out the morning to a puddle under the car , and every time we drove it another puddle so called the service dept made an app ,took it over there and left it went back the next day and they tell me there is no leak xxxxxxxx , so we have a mechanic whose brother is a certified chevy mech at another dealer and he was at his brothers shop and looked at the problem and said it is the lines between the turbo charger and the engine so made an app with this dealer where the mech worked and they fixed it no more leaks.now on to the next problem they tell us that there is a recall for a control arm that needs to be replaced so ok we make the appt we take it over to the service dept [my mech said 11/2 hour fix] got there at 9:00 am gave them the car ,got the loaner they said we will have this done in a short time so I go and come back in 3 hours it is not done so I leave {we live in KcKs} and come back in another 11/2 hours oh no it is not done yet well it finally got fixed after I had been there 61/2 hours later would not let me talk to the service mngr we are so pissed that I am going to call the national service dept and talk to them.I will say the service tech was good but he told me later that I had been pushed behind other work so as far as this service dept goes it gets a minus 10 and we will never go back More
