I contacted the service advisor for my vehicle and told them I noticed it was missing two days after my appointment. My advisor stated she would ask the tech who serviced it if he removed it and he couldn’t remember. You cannot change the oil in my truck without removing it. It was obvious by looking at it it was just removed. The only thing I was told when the advisor called back that it was not in the techs working area and she could patch me over to parts to order a new one. No real concern that a customer vehicle was missing a part after the service. I will not take my truck there again. More

I had tried to call before going to pick up my car but again no answer. I had requested for my car to be cleaned inside and out which is supposed to be part of Toyota Care service and a smart aleck comment was made to me about that. Too bad the service department has gone downhill fast........shame. I’ll think twice before buying another Toyota. More

"Our trip was worth it" I was a little reluctant to drive 3 hours one way to look at a used vehicle, however, was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We met with J.R. Tiano I was a little reluctant to drive 3 hours one way to look at a used vehicle, however, was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We met with J.R. Tiano for our scheduled appointment, the vehicle (2011 4Runner) was ready for our test drive and J.R. was able to answer all of our questions. The negotiations over price could not have been easier and the dealership staff was very friendly and professional. All of this combined will definitely earn our business in the future !!! 1st class,custemer treatment in sales and service I bought 2 Tacomas at this dealership and was treated good both times,my last one is a 2008 I got new and have been very pleased with it.I brought it I bought 2 Tacomas at this dealership and was treated good both times,my last one is a 2008 I got new and have been very pleased with it.I brought it back after 7 years for a frame inspection at the dealer. they informed me of some surface rust and scheduled me for a free frame rust coat treatment.I was met at service desk by enterprise rep who furnished me with a free rental car while treating my truck.the whole experience was very pleasant and only took a day of service. I am not used to being treated so good at a dealer service center, I am impressed to say the least! other dealers and car companies should take note! More

Poor Everything. Don't Buy Here. My 3 year old Highlander that I bought from this dealer started burning a lot of oil. I took it to Dan Cava Toyota and they told me that it needed a My 3 year old Highlander that I bought from this dealer started burning a lot of oil. I took it to Dan Cava Toyota and they told me that it needed a new engine and they wouldn't be covering any of the cost. The vehicle was always well maintained, but not by this dealer. I'll never buy another toyota. The service person was a real jerk, too. More
Awesome experience buying at Dan Cava. Denny Kenrs was who I dealt with and he was great! Upfront, honest and no back and forth. I wanted to trade my 2007 Jeep Compass for a 2013 Rav-4 and had heard from other customers that Dan Cava had the best deals and selection. I met with Joe and he was very friendly and professional. It was about 90 outside so he invited me in to his desk and offered me a cold drink. I told him what I was looking for and after answering his questions about what color and options I wanted, he went out in the heat and brought the car I wanted to the door for me to test drive (after letting it run, to be nice and cool inside). We spoke about what I wanted for my trade-in and played the numbers game and much to my surprise, I drove away in the car I wanted, with the payment I wanted! I have to say in the 25 years I have bought cars, this was the friendliest and smoothest experience I've ever had. Thank you Joe, you're the best! More

The next time someone comes in wearing work clothes it doesn't mean they are poor it means they have a busy life AND MONEY TO SPEND !! More
