My check engine light was on, so I called Donna Dale in the service department who once again took very good care of me. I took my car in the next morning. I did not have to wait. I waited in the nice waiting area a little while. They discovered the problem, fixed and told me that there was no charge because GM was covering the repair. (They replaced the purge valve). In December of 2022 we bought a used 2020 vehicle. The price was better than we found anywhere else. I signed all the papers accepting the vehicle and the deal was done. Shortly thereafter I realized that a warning light was on, and later found out the cruise control would not work. Unfortunately, the sensor in the front of the vehicle was not working properly and was causing these issues. When I called Travis, he put me in touch with Mark in service, and Vaden fixed all this, at their cost, despite me having paid and signed for the car! They certainly did not have to do this. This dealership is excellent. They provide great prices and great customer service. I will buy from them again. More
