Horrible Jeep Service I have purchased 2 jeeps at this location, recently my 2011 Compass started burning oil and jolting when accelerating. After making several attempts t I have purchased 2 jeeps at this location, recently my 2011 Compass started burning oil and jolting when accelerating. After making several attempts to explain this to Dan in the service department, it was finally taken seriously and they eventually were able to squeeze me in for an oil consumption test. Upon failing the test, my jeep has been in the service department for 2 and a half weeks. Despite almost daily attempts to be updated on the status of my jeep by Dan, I have been given the robotic answer of "we are doing diagnostic testing and waiting to see what chrystler says." After 2 weeks of this, I was finally told I would be given a rental car. However, when I called to confirm this with Enterprise an hour before going to pick it up, Dan had never reserved one. Victoria was quick to update me, make a reservation, and go out of her way to make sure I recieved a rental. She was awesome. Following this experience Friday, I left a message for Dan which was never returned, so today (Wednesday) I called extremely frustrated that I was not only ignored but still in the dark 2 and a half weeks later as to what was happening with my jeep. When Dan began the usual automated response regarding diagnostic testing I interrupted and said I wanted to know exactly what was being tested. At which point he hung up on me. Aside from my interaction with Victoria, my overall experience has been horrible, unacceptable and unprofessional. Had Dan in the service department communicated with me better as of 2 and a half weeks ago perhaps I would not have reached this level of frustration. What a disgusting way to treat anyone, let alone in a professional setting. 2 weeks is a long time to be without a car, it is not unreasonable to expect to be updated along the way. Apparently doing so in a professional manner is not a standard required or upheld by the service department. More

Not satisfied I brought my 2014 jeep in for repair and got it back unfinished. It took 1 month and still had issues. Instead of fixing it yvonne called me to pick it up. When you drove it it had front end noises. Yvonne promised to take care of the jeep repairs and didnt. She also promised to call and update me on several ocassions but failed to do that either. Very unhappy about the whole situation so I went to her boss Clyde who was extremely helpful and came to pick up my jeep. He had all the problems fixed and had it driven to my home. He kept all his promises to me with a smile. Thank god for Clyde taking care of me. He's the reason I went back again for service. More
2 weeks to get just an Oil Change You buy a New car (Love our Dart) and when you just need an Oil Change you have to wait 2 weeks just to get an appointment. Just an Oil Change! They sell the cars with Free Oil Changes for the Ownership. They should set up Service for just Oil Changes so they can get the cars in and out. We also had a problem with No Spare Tire and it took days to just get the right tire and get the car back on the road. Flat bedded the car home on the weekend and had to bring the rim and blown tire in to get fixed. I had to track down a replacement tire (non in stock) and they replaced it. It is insane for any Car manufacturer not to sell a Spare (donut) tire for an emergency. Make sure you get a spare and not buy into the Tire/Foam inflator, they are only good for a small leak and they cause a mess inside the tire if you put the foam in. I liked my sales experience but if they are over selling and can't keep up with Service, in a timely fashion? More

Great service experience I had to have my Jeep tower after transmission failed. All work was warranty work. Eddie took care of me from the moment I needed to be in a rental wh I had to have my Jeep tower after transmission failed. All work was warranty work. Eddie took care of me from the moment I needed to be in a rental which turned into a loaner when the repair exceeded 5 days. He provided regular updates and allowed me to see pictures of the failed part. I feel I had excellent service from Eddie throughout my repair process. Thank you! More
