Service work dangerous and deadly First I would like to day that the salesman(John Sullivan) that sold us the car was great, friendly, and knowledgeable of the cars. My wife and I were very happy with the dealership, until I changed the tires on my wifes car. First, one of the lugs and studs snapped off the car. We brought it in and they took us right in. Since the lug stud snapped off while hand tightening the lug nut, I had asked them to check all of the tires. I was told that that would not be a problem. Two days after we got the car back my wife got flagged down by some other driver who told her that her tire was wobbling a lot and that it looked very loose. Upon further inspection, all of the lug nuts were completely loose and not tightened. She called several times and left several messages to speak with the service manager. We did not receive any return calls from the service manager and ABSOLUTELY no effort was made by the manager to reach out to us to find out what had happened. We had to travel 45 minutes out of our way to another Hyundai dealership to receive proper help and service. This is a very dangerous and potentially deadly mistake. The simple fact that there was ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT or response from the service manager regarding a serious mistake that was overlooked is unacceptable. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. I hope that this matter gets looked into before someone gets hurt or killed for lack of quality and proper work. More

I had to call my husband to come get me. I did get a call after 3 hours that the job was done and again my husband drove me the 15 minutes to get the car. It would have been better had I known the correct time in the beginning. More

30,000 mile service I called to get a quote when I made my appointment and the young woman I spoke to was dismissive and told me she could not give me one. When I brought my car in, the woman behind the counter was much more helpful and since the service was expensive made sure I was aware of what it would cost. She apologized that I was not given a quote earlier and told me I should have been. She offered me ten percent off the service. Her positive attitude and helpfulness much made up for the negative phone call. More

I worked on my laptop as I waited in their comfortable waiting room while the service took only 50 minutes. Knowing exactly how long the service was going to take is a big plus compared to the private garages where you need to leave your car all day. This is our 2nd lease from Danbury Hyundai and I would return there again in a heartbeat. The sales and the service are both excellent! More
