They were easy to deal with. The salesman gave me a finance rate when I looked at the car. Luckily I had him write it down, When I went in for the financing, there was a highe The salesman gave me a finance rate when I looked at the car. They honored the spoken rate, but there was a significant blame game at the dealership. My memory of the discussion was questioned, but the financing person figured it out honored it. The sales person then tried to tell me he didn’t really say that rate and questioned my recollection and/or credit rating. I got home and emailed the written notes he had given me at our original meeting. All is good, but it was not a feel good closing. More
