A few months ago I blew a spark plug out of my E250 van's engine. No one wanted to touch it, called Danvers Ford and they treated it as no problem. The van has been running great. Just had the rt. When I dropped off my car for scheduled service I mentioned an issue with my car. The person who I spoke with did not know I was supposed to be there and told me they were extremely busy and could o mentioned an issue with my car. I asked why they scheduled me for that day and time but got no response. This was the first time since owning this SUV and bringing it to Danvers Ford that I could not wait to leave and felt the customer service was sub-par. Moving forward I will bring my edge somewhere else. More
