Patient, knowledgeable, edified Alan (very professional) and had no obvious hidden agenda. Amy, in Finance, was terrific, too. Educational, no pressure tactics, like talking with a friend about options and scenarios. Even Darling's loan company, Bob, at New Reach, was excellent. No pressure. Explained situation and options. Super responsive sales and service team I had an issue with my 2018 Audi Q3: slush accumulating along the bottom of the doors. When I reported it to my sales rep, he arranged for me to come I had an issue with my 2018 Audi Q3: slush accumulating along the bottom of the doors. When I reported it to my sales rep, he arranged for me to come in and have mud-flaps installed at no cost. A great solution! On the service side, I arrived way early, but the team got the car in as soon as possible, and the installation was done quickly and perfectly. The customer lounge is thoughtfully laid out, with tables as well as armchairs. I was able to use one of the tables and got serious work done as I waited. No time lost, which means a lot to me. Everyone I've dealt with at Darling's has been A+. More

Nick was extremely patient and professional while I test drove multiple trucks, and helped me make sure I was getting the vehicle I truly wanted. He was also very open and honest about trading in my old Jeep, and made sure I got the most value out of my vehicle and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Additionally, Kristen Keith walked me through financing and warrantees and helped everything make sense. She took what is easily the most nerve wracking process in car-buying and made it easy and headache-free. I was very pleased with my entire experience at Darlings. Finally, Mario, who oversaw Nick during the sale, was more than happy to help me set up my new truck and walk me through some of the features I missed.
