I spoke with Kelsey Keith that night about possibly looking at cars this morning and she set me up an appointment with Chris Hart. Chris already picked out some cars for me and had things in mind prior to my arrival. When I arrived he showed me a car and I test drove it and loved it! I had to be to work in just a few hours and between Kelsey, Chris, and Kristen Keith, they had me in and out in no time and I was able to leave with a 2018 Ford Escape! Everyone was so helpful and understanding and definitely willing to work with me on finding not only the best vehicle, but the best price as well! We spent the entire day making our decision and he never made us feel rushed. Ultimately at the end when it came time to crunch numbers and settle on a price Adam and Ryan were fair and reasonable. Dan handled the finance and did s great job. There was a minor issue with getting the finance approved but Dan worked on it and got resolved. More
Service Recently my 2015 Ford C-Max was in need of service. I went to Darlings Ford for that service. My service was completed as far as could be at that time Recently my 2015 Ford C-Max was in need of service. I went to Darlings Ford for that service. My service was completed as far as could be at that time. My car was in need of a part that was not in their inventory of parts. The part was ordered and within 3 days the part arrived and I was notified. I made the second appointment and the car was repaired. Even though the office building and courteous lounge was being renovated, I was driven to their temporary customer lounge. The temporary customer lounge is located in the old "Great Skates" building. The lounge is specious and very comfortable. I was very pleased with the service and attention I was given at Darlings Ford, Hogan Road. More

Service is a critical component of making sure that a vehicle is road safe and as a grandparent I want to feel that I CAN PUT MY GRANDKIDS IN THE CAR AND BE mechanically SAFE. After a visit to the service team, I get that feeling (level of comfort) from any of my service visits. I've bought many cars / trucks from Darlings and their SERVICE CARE focus is a primary driver for why I just pull into Darlings. This specific visit was to buy a new truck and Alan facilitated the acquisition as well as CARE after the sale. The sales folks even arranged for me to use a vehicle while I had the new one prepared for delivery a few days later. Darlings didn't sell at me but rather facilitated my buying of the vehicle I wanted. I think there is a big difference and MUCH less stressful. I really value the entire Darlings team. More

My recent service experience with Darling's Ford dealership I had a failed rear windshield wiper control break so I had no wiper. John assessed the problem, gave me an estimate of when the problem could be cor I had a failed rear windshield wiper control break so I had no wiper. Very satisfied because we were still able to plan ahead in a very busy schedule. More
