I had an engine heater installed in Bangor and the factory didn't send all the correct parts. They told me they would send a technician Up to do it. When he got here he was expecting to have to finish the job outdoor next to a snow bank. Thankfully, I had a heated garage for him to work in. Kim and her crew seem to excel every time I get work done. More
