We were greeted promptly and cheerfully, the service rep was thorough and went over all the items on our check list. We were going to wait for our car and he gave us an extremely accurate timetable of how long our service would take. The waiting room was comfortable and included free coffee and Wi-Fi. When done, he also went over a checklist of maintenance items we should be thinking about in the next few months. And before we left, they even washed the car for us. Costs were about what we anticipated and we drove away very happy. It's our second good experience there and we will undoubtedly return. More

She assured me that the vehicle could stay on the Daring's lot until it could be shipped to my home location in Massachusetts. She helped me find a vehicle transport service to ship the vehicle. For the last 10 years, I've been spoiled First Ryan, then Matt, and Kim -- what is there not to say about those amazing individuals. Since I'm female, I particularly love working with Kim -- First Ryan, then Matt, and Kim -- what is there not to say about those amazing individuals. Since I'm female, I particularly love working with Kim -- she makes sense out of my questions and explains complicated issues in a way I can understand. She also knows my voice when I call -- before I even tell her! Last time there, I had a new service writer, Jen. I was a little surprised, because Kim is "my girl", but Jen is a confident woman who also knows a great deal about cars. What I want to know is, where does Darling's GET all these terrific women who not only know and understand cars, but who are excellent communicators as well?! Strong work, Darlings! More
