At first i wanted the 2018 fusion platinum which they didnt have but i test drove the 2017 and found it a little cramped as im a big guy i asked if they had something more roomy. They had me test a taurus which i was much more comfortable in. However it didnt have the tech that tge fusion had. My salesman Ethan took about 5 minutes to find a 2017 taurus SHO from vermont and they made a trade to get it up here. The best way to service your vehicle I hadn't been servicing my vehicles at the dealership because I "thought" it was more expensive and more time consuming. Well, I was wrong. First and foremost, when you go to the dealership, you are having FACTORY trained technicians working on your vehicle, people who know your vehicle inside and out, as all they services is your vehicle and the work on 100s of them every week. Second, scheduling my appointment was simple. I have a portal to my dealer and I was able to schedule my appointment online for a day and time that worked for me. Lastly, it was quick, as I was in and out in 45 minutes and I was able to work in the dealerships business lounge, which was quiet and comfortable. Honestly with all these value added services, why would you take your vehicle anywhere else.? More
