I cannot begin to accurately describe their care, professionalism, patience, diligence and diagnostics. They own it, and care about it, all while keeping me informed every step of the way. Not once have I ever felt that I was having unneeded service. When I have a complaint, they not only fix the symptom, they search for the cause... That's unheard of in my world, or the world of car dealerships. What’s amazing about it, is that it’s sincere. Hats off to Ryan, and to the whole Customer Service crew at Darlings. More
