I live over an hour away if the traffic is good. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with snacks and drinks. The repairs and diagnostics were completed as asked for a reasonable rate. The other issues were communicated and repaired, except one that they need parts for. It's been almost two weeks without a call to schedule an appointment to get my other issue repaired. Also there was no communication when the estimate to get my brakes repaired went from two to four hours. In total I sat waiting for six hours. However it was a Friday and they could have been busy. A simple text message would have been nice if they couldn't come in person. The communication and that I am still waiting on a call to complete the repairs is the only reason that it is only four stars instead of five. More
