We are truly sorry your wife was stranded and that this experience was so stressful, especially so early into ownership. We do want to be transparent that when the vehicle was here, we provided a rental car and completed a diagnosis with repairs ready to move forward. Unfortunately we were not able to finish that work as the vehicle was traded in and picked up before we could proceed. We do hope you are enjoying your new vehicle.
