He took down notes and I gave the specificsI wanted such as heated seats, sun roof, satellite radio and a display screen. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but he assured me something would come in soon. Barely a week later my dram car was brought in and Nick sent me details and pictures to see if I was interested. Nick and his team worked to get me the best price possible and worked it out so I had a monthly payment I was comfortable with. One last note, I made these purchases with my 6 year old son in tow due to a snow day and as a whole this dealership is very child friendly which is definitely not the case everywhere you shop. One last note that I have had to add make sure you inspect your vehicle very carefully before purchasing I have found body damage in various places one one of the vehicles that was not disclosed to me so make sure you ask about damage and do a careful inspection of your used vehicle. Went in because the vehicle lost power. They gave us a vehicle to use, that was great because on way to bangor Christmas shopping. I have shopped at this location for vehicles prior to Darlings purchasing Morrisons. I have to admit that I was hesitant in giving it a try, but since it appears to be all of the same faces, I thought wh Darlings purchasing Morrisons. I have to admit that I was hesitant in giving it a try, but since it appears to be all of the same faces, I thought why not? I'm really glad that I chose to return. Nick (the salesman that greeted me, and ultimately sold me the vehicle) was helpful right from the get-go without jumping on top of me, or being overbearing which is common with car salesmen (In my experience anyway). He was knowledgeable, helpful, and unintimidating. Although I knew he wanted to make the sale (who wouldn't?), I never felt pressured, and even better - I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Overall, I feel like my sale went smoothly and fairly. Nick was always accommodating to me and seemed to be a genuinely nice guy. The other thing that really pleased me was that when waiting in Nick's office, or standing in the common area, I was always either spoken to by another salesperson, or at least smiled at. The group was very friendly as a whole. My time in finance wasn't too long (hooray!). Darren seemed to be very organized, have everything all set for me, and efficient - greatly appreciated.
