Stress/Pressure free I had been a very loyal customer to another dealership for the past 14 years. Between my husband and I, we purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership a I had been a very loyal customer to another dealership for the past 14 years. Last week, we were shopping for a new vehicle so we naturally went to the dealership we have been loyal too. The experience we had at that dealership was so poor, we decided to finally take our business elsewhere. Fortunately, we decided to check out Darlings in Augusta. We drove around the Darlings lot to look at the inventory. We did not have any salesperson breathing down our neck, which I LOVED!! I went home, researched some of the vehicles I was interested in and decided to call Darlings to make an appointment to look at the vehicles the next day. Again, fortunately, the salesperson we talked with on the telephone the pervious day was not available. Therefore, we had the pleasure of dealing with salesperson, Peter Dionne. The first impression of Peter was very positive. He stated he would help us until the salesperson who was supposed to meet with us arrived. He answered all of our questions. He helped us compare the options between vehicles. He listened as we talked about our families' needs and wants, what we liked and disliked about the vehicles. He helped us find the vehicle that fit our needs/desires. Another huge positive is that Darlings allows you to go on the test drive WITHOUT the salesperson. This is something else I loved about this dealership. The negotiating was pressure and stress free. We were treated with respect the entire experience. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. The dealership itself was very clean and modern. The staff seemed welcoming and accommodating. I was able to purchase the vehicle that I have always wanted. We were very lucky to work with Peter. We will be coming back to Darlings to work with Peter to purchase our next vehicle and will recommend Darlings, and especially Peter Dionne to everyone. More

Very well satisfied We were very well satisfied with our Purchase a new Ram Laramie, Crew Cab with 6.4 Bed. Being a long time satisfied customer of another nearby dealers We were very well satisfied with our Purchase a new Ram Laramie, Crew Cab with 6.4 Bed. Being a long time satisfied customer of another nearby dealership it became a difficult decision to change dealers, and vehicle make, and therefore the process took about 10 months, if you can believe it. However, due to the persistence of my sales representative, Peter Dionne, the purchase was finally concluded last night (08/12/2017). We learned that Peter Dionne was really working with management to put together the options and pricing we could accept. Some of our requests were really absurd but Peter presented everything we had to offer in our defense. Everyone at Darlings Augusta, we dealt with, were all also great to work with, such as Lance, Nate, Todd, and other management personnel. I also have to mention the Peter Dionne spent a great amount of time explaining the features of the new Ram, particularly all the computerized controls, pairing the phones, and the connection to, and benefits of U-connect. He spent the necessary time and effort to be sure we had a good understanding to adapt to the complex system, for which we not all that familiar with at first. So, yes we were very well satisfied, and will certainly recommend Darling's Augusta, and Peter Dionne. Had a lot of laughs and gained new friends too. a win win.. Amazing Experience Zach asked all the right questions to ensure that the Hyundai Limited was a perfect fit for us. He was super knowledgeable of all the features of the car, which were many, and knew how to explain them to someone who was used to driving a 14 year old car. He walked me through many of the features and helped me set up the basic ones before we left the parking lot. He was pleasant, and never pushy for a minute. There was no run around, he offered us water multiple times and was very courteous at all times. He was very personable too, and was kind to my overly excited 7-year old. More
