So when we found out unexpectedly that our 18 year old Jetta needed more repairs than it was worth, I called Paul Watson. Within hours he had us approved for financing for a 2011 Mazda 3 and a payment we could afford. We were in a new, safe car by 6pm that night. I have a brand new baby, so it's critical that we have safe transportation for him. We took it back for a couple of small service issues that first week and everything was fixed, no questions asked. Awesome staff and 5 star device throughout I am currently on my third vehicle purchased with Darlings. First, a Ram1500 extended cab 5.7L purchased through Paul Watson and the sales process was I am currently on my third vehicle purchased with Darlings. First, a Ram1500 extended cab 5.7L purchased through Paul Watson and the sales process was smooth and surprisingly laid back almost as if you were shopping from the comfort of your home. Two years later, I needed to upgrade to a truck with more towing capacity and a few more ponies under the hood to haul a 45hp tractor. I called Paul Watson again and his response was " come on in when you get a chance , take a look around and I'm sure we can find something that will fit what you need." Again, no pressure and as laid back as it gets with a" no smoke up your xxx offer" on my trade. I left with a 16 Ram 2500 HD with a 6.4L Hemi that as time would show was the smartest move I could have made. Great ride, plenty of power, fuel mileage near equal the 1500, and towing power that was out of this world. Recently, my girlfriend and I were in a bit of a tough spot with her car and decided that we were going to explore some new vehicle options for her and started searching . After an entire day of test drives and crunching numbers, we arrived at Darlings Hyundai where we expected to see Paul Watson once more. However Paul was off on an ice fishing trip, lucky man! So after just a minute or so another guy walked over and asked if he could help us and introduced himself as Jeff Joler. We explained what we had been experiencing in regards to test drives and long waits to get responses on financing and he said that he would do all he could to help us find something we liked and would fit our budget. We test drove a Hyundai Tucson SE and really liked it minus the color. They did have a 17 leftover Sunset Orange Tuscon in a limited package on the showroom floor that we fell in love with. So we went forward with financing on that one and they even came down a little more on price after all the rebates. We picked it up today and I can honestly say that all of the people at Darlingsare incredible people with a no pressure sales approach and I WILL be going back for my next new truck! or car, lol.
