Excellent Service Dept This is my second vehicle purchase at Darlings in Augusta. On my most recent visit, like always, Devon and Tyler we I have purchased multiple vehicles from Darlings and have been there many times for services. On my most recent visit, like always, Devon and Tyler were there to meet me as I pulled up. Devon made sure exactly what was to be done and asked if i needed anything else. After the diagnostic I was offered recommended services but not pushed into getting anything I did not want. Services done in quoted time, service team was great as usual, keep up the great work. I was losing air in one of my tires. I was losing air in one of my tires. I brought my car in to get checked out. I knew there were customers ahead of me so I had to wait. But the kept I was losing air in one of my tires. I brought my car in to get checked out. I knew there were customers ahead of me so I had to wait. But the kept on informing me that it would be awhile because they were busy. That was great me just letting me know that is was going to be awhile I knew that they still knew I was waiting. They informed me that I needed a new tire, so they ordered it and set up an appointment for the next day. Great Customer Service. More

Great experience Had a great experience here. We had to trade in our 2WD for 4WD before a big trip north. Our upside-down loan on our 2WD kept us from getting a loan Had a great experience here. We had to trade in our 2WD for 4WD before a big trip north. Our upside-down loan on our 2WD kept us from getting a loan for something older and cheaper (our plan A) but Paul and Jim worked with us to get an amazing year-end deal on a newer truck that met our needs without totally blowing our budget. My husband and I agree we never felt we were being "schmoozed" or forced into any decisions. I'm always skeptical at dealerships, but everyone we interacted with (Paul, Jim, Jason, Nate) seemed genuine about treating us well and answering all our questions. We took the truck back two days later to pick up some paperwork and mentioned we thought it was due for an oil change (7K miles); they agreed and did it for FREE, plus a tire rotation AND inspection just to be sure everything was on the up-and-up. Compared to our last dealership experience, this was a DREAM. More

My experience leasing a Hyundai My wife and I stopped into Darling's to inquire about a vehicle to lease as my previous car was rear ended and totalled and I needed a vehicle. I had My wife and I stopped into Darling's to inquire about a vehicle to lease as my previous car was rear ended and totalled and I needed a vehicle. I had rented an Elantra and liked it very much. Josh was very helpful in getting us the best price for our lease. When we picked up the car, Josh sat in the backseat and showed me some of the features on the dashboard. He said if we had any questions, not to hesitate to give him a call. He also called a couple of days later to see if we were satisfied with the vehicle. We were very impressed and grateful for the wonderful service. We would highly recommend Darling's to lease or purchase a vehicle. More
