Paul made her first auto dealership car buying experience not only easy but exciting with no pressure! Paul went out of his way to make sure she understood each step of the process and all her options. She always felt like she was in control of the process and decision making without any pushing or watching the clock. When it came to the financing piece, Nate helped her get her first auto loan without needing a co-signor and explained everything in detail allowing her to feel very confident about her decisions. I think they were just as excited as she was when she pulled out of the yard in her beautiful chevy equinox. Quick and easy!! Peter Dionne was very nice and kind and personable! My partner and I came all the way from Westbrook Maine with our heads set on two vehicles. We were not sure if we would be able to leave with a vehicle or not the same day but Peter was very helpful with the process. With one of the two vehicles on site , he showed us the car and it’s features as well as went for a little ride with us to ensure that it was the right fit for us. After deciding it was, he partnered with his colleagues and in less than 15 minutes got us approved and gave us high fives along with two cool darlings caps as Souvenirs! The process was quik, easy and smooth. The vehicle is great so far and we definitely loved our experience and loved the positive attitudes from not only Peter, but other darling employees as well. Zach was extremely helpful, was not at all pushy. We test drove the Tuscon first but ultimately decided it was a little too small so we tried out the Santa Fe. We took the Santa Fe home for the night and was supposed to meet up with Zach the next night but the private sale of my current vehicle got delayed a day and they were gracious enough to allow me to keep the Santa Fe another night. Zach even came in on his day off to complete the sale. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and not one of them was pushy, otherwise we would have left immediately. This is my first new car and they made it a pleasurable experience. I was not pressured to purchase extras. They explained what I could buy if I wanted to but allowed us to decide on our own. Will definitely recommend Zach and everyone else at Darlings. More

We thought it was a good time to consider replacing it and went to Consumer Reports for information about the 2017 1/2-ton pickups on the market. Ram was one of the two trucks that looked right for us. Before heading to dealers we listed the features we wanted in a new truck. When we arrived at Darling's, a saleman, Paul Watson, offered to help us, and we presented our list. He was knowledgeable about his inventory and found 4 or 5 vehicles for us to look at. One of these was an excellent match, and out test drive impressed us. We wanted that truck but couldn't have our present truck available for trade for a week or more. Paul worked with us to choose equipment we wanted added, started the process, and held the truck until we could bring in our old one. He even came in on his day off when our truck was ready to trade. Since we took posession he has facilitated rust-proofing and treatment for the upholstry as well as checked to see if we had any other concerns. Attention without pressure served us well. More
