At that time, I had spoken to Gary Mitchell, and decided not to trade. The person that was supposed to put in for my oil change was not there and he was going to make sure that I was given that. It never ended up being put on my account, but when I mentioned it to the guy in service, he called Gary, and Gary and Jason Decker came right out to confirm that I was owed that. Never in my life have I ever been treated so well by any dealership. These guys go above and beyond every time. More
