He walked me through many of the features and helped me set up the basic ones before we left the parking lot. He was pleasant, and never pushy for a minute. Not only was I approved, but I didn't need a co-signer or a down payment. He helped make it so that my payments were super low. He was kind, accommodating, and I got VIP customer service regardless of my credit score. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I'm completely in love with my new car. What impresses me most about my interaction with employees at this dealership is that they appear to actually care about the customer as an individual and not just someone who can give them money. I interacted mostly with Devon who was very professional and concerned that I had a very satisfactory experience and I have never had any employee walk me to my car when the work was done as he did.......totally unnecessary but very impressive. He gave me a free oil change voucher because the service took longer than expected. Again,unnecessary but very impressive. I don't give praise to car dealers easily but so far I have had the best experience at Darling's Augusta than I have ever had anywhere in my 67 years. More
