We do want to clarify that the note about needing a boost was documented at write up when the vehicle came in, and unfortunately in the days between when repairs were completed and pickup the battery drained down further. We completely understand how upsetting it is to get home and have your vehicle not start, and we regret that we did not reach out proactively to address it before you came to get it.
