Paul Watson was respectful, honest, and gave me the best deal possible on a new Ram 1500. I was also given a fair amount for my trade that was higher than expected. Everyone involved with the purchase was respectful and upfront. Every price detail was spelled out during the negotiation with no surprises at the end and no hidden fees. I left feeling I had a great deal on my purchase! I would recommend Darlings for anyone looking to purchase a new or used car in the Augusta area. More
Absolutely seamless experience. Darlings very quickly got us into two beautiful vehicles ( bought within days apart) with seemingly seamless effort....at least on our end. On Darling's side, they jumped through complicated hoops in the middle of COVID to tend to our every need. They took care of every single detail, even driving the vehicles right to our doorstep for us as we were too busy, etc. My husband works a considerable distance with very limited time off on a workday to sign papers. Paul Watson accommodated our circumstances and arranged drivers from Darling to go all the way to my husband's work ( on two separate occasions because we needed to buy two vehicles) just to meet his tight lunch-break schedule He signed the necessary papers in just a few minutes and the vehicle was ours. These vehicles have been so well taken care of and have great warranty options. Paul and Nate answered a ton of detailed questions patiently We got the undercoating that needed to be done a couple of days later for both vehicles and, again, they sent drivers to our doorway to pick up the cars from near Kingfield, Maine back to the dealership in Augusta and delivered each back to our home. ..now that is complicated! In the middle of a pandemic, we had a lot of concerns about possible exposure but Darlings and their employees always took great precautions to wipe the cars down and their drivers wore masks and were careful to social distance...again, seamless every step of the way! I would recommend this company over every other dealership! More

I am always greeted by my name, and am always acknowledged by not only the service depa such professionals every time I bring my car in for service. I am always greeted by my name, and am always acknowledged by not only the service department, but by members of the Management team (Lance Quinn, Jason Decker and Jason Witts), and also my salesmen,(Gary Mitchell). I know that if there is any issue I may have, they will make sure it is taken care of. I don't know why anyone would buy a vehicle anywhere else. This team is the best. With the odds stacked against me this guy got me into a ride that I like! The entire team was amazing. Everyone was very kind and courteous. awesome Had yet another great experience. Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. My car was taken in promptly, I sat in the waiting area and went to get Had yet another great experience. Pushed the wrong button, and accidently hit the number for an empty slot. Jason Decker was walking by, grabbed his card out of his pocket and paid for my soda. As I sat at the table in the waiting room, Lance Quinn and Gary Mitchell happened to walk by at different times and made a point to stop and say hi. Also spoke with Nate Marquis, who told me that my old car was there. One of their employees bought it, Michael Foss, and I went to him and talked to him about how he liked the car. ( I loved it and had told him jokingly that I was going to check on it when I was in) , we walked out to the car and talked about it. ( just for the record, he is keeping it in great shape) When my car was ready, it was a quick checkout, and so clean! It was filthy when it went in. I can not thank all of you enough for how I have always been treated like family here, and how they always remember your name and stop to talk. Not to mention the quality work they do.
