Terrific deal and customer service I had a terrific encounter when dealing with Darlings. I had gone with the hopes of coming home with a new car. He was very patient even though I had come in with limited time to proceed with the transaction, and I was a bit rushy do to time restraint. Dana was fantastic, not pushing anything I did not want and doing all he could within his power to bring me the best deal he could. 1st 8 months paid for and an amazing monthly payment after that, relieving me of a ton of financial stress to get in to a new vehicle. I came home in a brand new 2017 Elantra and couldn't be happier with my purchase. It is the first time I have ever bought/leased a new car and Darlings made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and ensured I knew all the details and fine details that went along with it. I would definitely recommend Darlings to others, as I have had nothing but great experiences every time I have gone to the Augusta shop and was never pressured into something I did not want or could not afford. Huyndai Tucson Peter made our car buying experience very pleasant. We didn't feel pressured at all. He was knowledgeable and lovely to work with! He was very patient with us too as it took us a while to negotiate and agree on a deal. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who secured the final deal that put us in our tucson but he was great to work with too. Got down to business but was friendly - two qualities we appreciate! We also walked out of there with a turkey for thanksgiving. For each car sold, the gave a turkey to the buyer and donated one. I certainly wasn't expecting that but was happy that our purchase of a new car was putting a turkey on someone's thanksgiving table. More

Very professional, straightforward and responsive. We we coming from a long distance away and negotiated everything over the phone. When we arrived everything was exactly as we had discussed, no surprises, no added pressures. We are very happy with our vehicle, we leased a Tuscon. The only issue we had with the dealership was that we waited for 2 hours for financing paperwork to go through at which point we had to leave for a prior engagement so we were not able to drive the car off the lot. However, they did accommodate us by driving the car to our house the next day, which was about 2 hours away. So overall, very pleased and would definitely do business here again. More

I often find employees at dealerships to be somewhat pushy. This was not the case with Darryn and Jason. They were very professional, relatable, and understanding. We could have gone to two other dealerships, but after working with both Jason and Darryn I felt great about purchasing a car from Darlings. Working with Steve to go through financing was also a great experience. He made what could have been a stressful process very comfortable. I cannot recommend these three employees enough. I will happily send anyone I know to Darlings. More
