Excellant Service I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Darlings in Augusta The salesman i had was Paul and he was great and fantastic to deal with i wasn't able I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Darlings in Augusta The salesman i had was Paul and he was great and fantastic to deal with i wasn't able to get into the dealership to do the credit application so we did it over the phone witch took about ten minutes and later in the afternoon i got told that i was approved for financing and told Paul that i would be in the next day for test drive he said ok. I get to the dealership in the morning he had the car ready to go for the test drive before i got into the car he went over in detail about the features of the car and showed me how they work, Then we went for the test drive and came back. We went into his office and and signed a couple things. Paul was very down to earth and nice and knowledgeable. Paul also took us around to the service department and introduced us to a couple of the receptionists then he took us to Steve in the finance department Steve was also nice and down to earth he had the paperwork already to be signed and he also went over some additional options with us. I signed the paperwork and got my temp insurance card. The whole process all together between filling out the app over the phone, to the test drive, to the signing of the papers only took a little over an hour. If anyone were to ask me if i recommend Darlings absolutely. Thank you so much Paul and Steve for making my car buying experience non stressful and a great one. More

Extroidinary I called the dealership the receptionist was very pleasant and polite. She transferred me to Paul in sales again very pleasant to talk with. Paul didn't cut me short and tell me to come into the dealership, he took approximately half an hour to answer my questions. He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear to get me in the dealership, he was honest and didn't make promises. We did most of dealings over the phone.. did the application over the phone and called us when it was all done and what the payments would be. Went in the next day had the vehicle ready to test drive and all prepped and fueled up in case we like it. Paul was extremely detailed and knew the vehicle inside & out, he explained everything on the vehicle. We went on a test drive & loved the vehicle. Paul went over the warranty info and brought us around the dealership introduced us to service, parts, receptionist and finance mgr. We stayed with the finance mgr, he had all the paperwork ready for us. He gave us additional options went over all the info thoroughly. Steve (finance mgr) again was polite & down to earth. I just can't believe how organized and smooth this transaction was. To boot our payments came out a little lower than quoted. I highly recommend Paul if your looking for a stress free experience buying a vehicle. Very impressed! Thank you Paul & Steve. More
