Awesome experience From the time we arrived at Darlings till we left, everyone we met was extremely nice and professional. We highly recommend this dealership. They all went the extra mile when it came to explaining the features on the new vehicle and setting up items to help us. Like the Bluetooth, etc. we purchased a bed cover and they took the time to help put it on. I can't say enough about everyone from the moment we drove in the parking, looked at several vehicles, did paperwork , showed us around the new showroom, and coming back to pick it up. I talked with random Elantra owners at gas pumps to hear about their experience and with friends who own Elantras; every single one of them said "I love Darlings" and "I love my Hyundai." Now I understand why. Paul Watson, my salesperson, showed me the new model Elantra and his enthusiasm for the new features was almost contagious. In the end I decided I could not afford new car payments (although Paul did everything he possibly could to get the price down to something I could handle.) Instead he found me another make which I had expressed interest in, and although it was at another Darling dealership north of here, he had it transported immediately so that I could test drive it. I of course loved it, and the finance manager Steve once again whittled down the financing to the best deal possible. Paul had the patience to answer all my questions patiently and respectfully until I felt comfortable with my selection. When I drove off I felt comfortable with the dealership (not a common experience for me!), and I was happy with my new car. All staff at Darling's showed me the same courtesy, respect, patience, and they LISTENED to me. How much I appreciated that! Now I will be the one saying "I love Darling's."
