I first attempted to buy a new one from my local Hyundai dealer that I had already purchased my last one at. They were trying to get me new financing but were unable to find it for the car I wanted. I tried Darlings in Augusta and these two employees worked together to get a black Elantra and were even able to get me one with options included. The process took very little time and I put a deposit on the car over the phone and drove down three days later and was able to leave with my car in 45 minutes. It was easy. I have received follow up phone calls from them to make sure everything is going ok with the car. I will make the trip to Darlings again for my next purchase! More

Wonderful Experience -- Highly Recommended We went into Darlings to check out out options to lower our monthly payments on our 2010 Ram 1500 Crew Cab (bought at Darlings in 2012)... never expec We went into Darlings to check out out options to lower our monthly payments on our 2010 Ram 1500 Crew Cab (bought at Darlings in 2012)... never expected to be able to drive off the lot in a brand new 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Cab for a smaller payment!!! Paul Watson was amazingly helpful, patient and informative. It is refreshing to have someone who isn't motivated by moving people in and out as fast as possible and really seem to care that we have the most information to make the best decision for us. Lance was friendly and helpful with our 6 year old son as we took the time to make the right decision. Jim was awesome as we finished up the paperwork at the end of a long day... I cannot recommend this group and this dealership enough. We won't ever plan to buy a vehicle anywhere else!!! More

All of the staff was friendly My wife and I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 (I am told it is no longer called a Dodge Ram) at the Augusta Maine dealership. All of the staff was friendly, courteous, and gave us the time we needed to make our decision on the vehicle. We had a slight difference of opinion with Lance on the value of our trade-in and after a brief clarification on communication all went smoothly. I particularly want to comment on Craig C (sorry Craig but I dont do well on last names). Craig went the extra mile to address all of our concerns and I would be comfortable calling him my friend. I have two complaints. One the tires on the truck which is apparently an industry standard contain less rubber ply layers than you would expect on a new tire from the new tire dealer and two a competing dealership was able to install a new snowplow on our truck for $400 less. More

This was my first time buying from a dealership and I was so pleased with the experience. Paul Watson was extremely helpful, honest, and up front about the whole process, and for that I was extremely grateful. We also went to Darling's in November at a time when they were gifting a turkey to you with your vehicle purchase, and for every sold vehicle they would donate yet another turkey to the local food bank. What a positive impact Darling's chooses to be in their community! Thank you guys for getting me my dream Jeep!!! More
