Darling's Chrysler Dodge Augusta

A wonderful dealership who does not play games! I have purchased several vehicles in my life, and have had many bad experiences with dealerships who have nothing but sharks for salesmen, and care on I have purchased several vehicles in my life, and have had many bad experiences with dealerships who have nothing but sharks for salesmen, and care only about making a sale. Darlings in Augusta is not one of these bad dealerships. I contacted them initially online for a price and Gary quickly provided me with one, which was several thousands of dollars less than other dealers. So I took a drive to the dealership late on a Saturday afternoon. After arriving, and asking for Gary, he showed me the vehicle I had inquired about, went over some of it's features, and set me up for a test drive, which my girlfriend and I were allowed to do alone. Other dealers, insist on accompanying everyone on test drives, and I find that to be very distracting. After a test drive, I returned to the dealership, and Gary brought me in to his office and began to work up a deal like no other. He offered my girlfriend and I water and coffee and then got it for us as well. Him and Jason gave me a fantastic trade allowance on my trade in, and explained every single aspect of the deal including all the rebates and discounts. Finally, Jim in Finance worked to get me the absolute best rate possible by shopping several company's rates, and found me a rate even lower than I wanted to be at. This service does not happen at other dealerships. Within a couple hours of arriving at the dealership I drove off the lot in a brand new truck that I never thought I could afford. Thanks to the fantastic staff at Darlings Augusta, I am driving the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. I really can not say enough about my experience at Darlings in Augusta, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. I never felt uncomfortable. Ask for Gary, he was wonderful, very knowledgeable about the features on the vehicles and has a very friendly personality. You will not be disappointed. If you are shopping for a vehicle, stop fighting with all those low life dealers that play all the typical tricks. Go to Darlings in Augusta, enjoy the easiest sales experience, and drive home the vehicle you want at a fantastic price. More

My wife found a 2014 CRV on line at the Augusta Darlings. We both liked it and had conversations with Tim Hachey. I was upset over leaving our 2002 CRV which took us to many places. He said he would makes things easy. He was a man of his word and the next night at Bangor Darlings (we live in Hampden), we said goodbye to our 2002 CRV and drove home the 2014 CRV! We really appreciate how Tim handled everything, including driving the 2014 CRV from Augusta to Bangor to accommodate our schedule. More
