One Stop Shop It started at approximately 3:30 p.m. today with an Internet inquiry and by 10 p.m. this evening, I was driving into my driveway with a new Ram 1500 w It started at approximately 3:30 p.m. today with an Internet inquiry and by 10 p.m. this evening, I was driving into my driveway with a new Ram 1500 which is beyond what I had imagined. The sales team quickly returned my call, answered my questions and provided me numerous pictures of the vehicle I was inquiring about. While the dealership is close to an hour away, we decided to make a quick trip to look at the truck, certain that we would not make a decision tonight and honestly dreading the truck buying experience. From the minute we arrived at the dealership we were greeted and shown the truck we had inquired about. Jim Engelhardt was a great salesperson. He is very knowledgeable about the Ram trucks and showed us features that I would have never thought to ask about. He was very helpful and the most impressive part, it was low pressure and a real change from other dealerships we have worked with in the past. The deal was good and honestly I didn't even feel the need to haggle. I had done my research, I knew what I wanted to pay and Jim met that with his offer, we didn't need to play games going back and forth. While the dealership closed at 7 this evening Jim and others stayed well past that to make the deal happen for us, securing financing, cleaning the truck and filling it with gas, all in an effort to avoid having us have to drive back up tomorrow. In addition we had our dog with us and he was welcomed into the dealership and everyone made a point to come and spend time with him. This was probably the easiest car buying experience we have ever had and will certainly be doing business with Darlings in Augusta again. More

recall & squeak The Tuscon was recalled and that was taken care completely. I also had a squeak in the front end that was identified by the technician. The solution was to grease the part and it would be taken care of. The part was in good shape. When we left the dealership the squeak was gone. A few days later it was back. I remember being charged for greasing the part. I live in Winslow and I do not visit Augusta very often. Coming back takes time and now I will have to pay for more to TRY and find another problem. This is not likely to happen. More

Very Positive Experience Because of having less-than-perfect credit, I wasn't even sure that I would be able to get financed for a vehicle, but I had heard several ads on the Because of having less-than-perfect credit, I wasn't even sure that I would be able to get financed for a vehicle, but I had heard several ads on the radio for Darlings, and I thought that I would call to inquire about the possibility. From the first phone interaction with Jason Decker, he was friendly, positive, and sincere. He made me feel comfortable because he didn't make false promises, but did give me some hope that it was a possibility and that they would see what they could do to work with me. Upon arriving at the dealership, everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Jason Decker the Finance Manager, introduced himself to me, and introduced me to Jeffrey Joler in Sales, and we talked about what I could afford and what kind of vehicle I was interested in. They made a suggestion and I fell in love with the vehicle on my test drive. I was still apprehensive that I would get financed for a brand new vehicle, but they were so nice and helpful and reassured me that they would do everything they could to try to make this work, and to not be discouraged. Lance Quinn, the General Manager was involved in this process as well, and was so kind and friendly and helpful. All three of these individuals that I worked with were very professional, respectful and helpful. When they shared the news that I had been approved for financing, and in fact, they were able to get me a significantly lower interest rate than initially anticipated, I just couldn't believe it. A single woman, with less-than-perfect credit, going into a dealership with little hope of getting financed, was able to drive away with a brand new vehicle! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. The whole process was positive and empowering on so many levels. I am so glad I chose Darlings! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! More
Ever since I bought my used Honda from Darling's in Augusta, I have had a mechanical issue regarding the engine light coming on. The first time this occurred was during the initial 30-day period from t Augusta, I have had a mechanical issue regarding the engine light coming on. The first time this occurred was during the initial 30-day period from the sale of the car to me. I had the Service Department check into the matter and they mentioned there was an emission issue of sort and they fixed it. Two weeks later, the light came back on and it was for the same problem. They fixed it again, and about another 2 weeks went by and again the engine light came on. Eli assured me the problem was the same issue I had brought in for in the past, but this time, parts were ordered that would replace the problem area at no cost to me and a date was scheduled to replace the parts. I had the parts replaced today and hope that this matter will be closed. But from the past experience with the Service department regarding this matter; should the problem recur, I know they will work with me until I am completely satisfied. Good praises for Darling's. Buy your next car from them with the confidence that if a problem occurs, you know you will receive excellent care. More
I arrived at the service center on a very busy Saturday morning. I did not have an appointment, but Laurie was able to get my car in right away. I was there for less than an hour. The waiting area had lots of people in it, but Laurie was friendly and helpful to all of us throughout the entire time that I was there. I have been working doing some form of customer service for more than 20 years. I have high standards. Laurie exceeded those for me. It was a pleasure to actually be in a service department for once in my life. She is exceptional at what she does and I thought you needed to hear about it! Keep up the good work!!
